As we continue to navigate through the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, we are complying with the recommendations given by the CDC to keep our patients’ health and safety our top priority. We had to close our doors for 5 weeks, and when we reopened on April 27th, we have had a “we are open but doors are locked” policy. That way we could allow just one patient in at a time – both for safety, and to allow time to clean in-between each patient.
Now we are opening our doors! I’d love to say it’s back to business as usual, but it will definitely be with many modifications to continue keeping you all safe. To ensure everyone’s wellbeing, these are some of the precautions we continue to follow:
- We request face masks to enter both for patients and staff
- We have labeled areas in the main waiting room to help direct social distancing guidelines
- We are allowing extra time in-between patients for thorough cleaning of exam rooms and main areas
We know this is a difficult time for everyone, and we thank you for your patience and understanding as we try to make smart decisions; we appreciate you working with us as we tackle this together.
