Andrea Larson, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA  Bachelor of Science (1993) University of North Dakota; Master of Arts in Audiology (1995) University of Florida; Doctor of Audiology (2004) Arizona School of Health Sciences.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology, Affiliate of Academy of Doctors of Audiology, Affiliate of North Dakota Speech and Hearing Association and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Current Board Member of the North Dakota Board of Hearing Aid Specialists.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 1999, Dr. Larson became the new owner in 2008.  Dr. Larson sees patients in the Minot and Williston Offices, as well as monthy Rugby and Bottineau Clinics.

Dr. Larson has 3 children and stays busy with their music and sports activities.  She also enjoys reading and traveling.
 
                                 

                 

 

Ed Malazdrewicz, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA Bachelor of Arts (1984) Brandon University; Master of Science in Audiology (1986) Minot State University; Doctor of Audiology (2004) Arizona School of Health Sciences.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology; Affiliate of North Dakota Speech and Hearing Association and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Past Chairman of the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. 

“Dr. Ed” provided services at Professional Hearing Services from 1992-1999, before pioneering an ear, nose and throat/audiology practice in Wisconsin. He rejoined PHS in 2011 and currently sees patients in the Minot and Williston offices.  

                                                 Dr. Ed is a music and movie enthusiast.


 

Jessica Wells, Au.D. CCC-A, Bachelor of Arts (2009) University of Pittsburgh; Master of Arts in Audiology (2012) University of Pittsburgh; Doctor of Audiology (2013) University of Pittsburgh. Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association.  Dr. Wells is also fluent in American Sign Language.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2013, Dr. Wells sees patients in the Minot and Williston offices, as well as monthly Garrison and Crosby clinics.  She has a special focus in pediatrics and also coordinates audiologic services for Minot Public Schools, Souris Valley Special Services, and Wilmac Special Education Unit. 

Dr. Wells like to spend her free time gardening, swing dancing and traveling.  She is also an active member of the Minot Curling Club.

 

John Tongen, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA  Bachelor of Arts (1978) North Dakota State University; Master of Science in Audiology (1980) Minot State University; Doctor of Audiology (2001) University of Florida.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology, and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Past Chairman of the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Audiology and Speech Language Pathology and former Board Member of the North Dakota Board of Hearing Aid Specialists.
 

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2013, Dr. Tongen will be seeing patients in our new office location in Bismarck.  Prior to joining PHS, Dr. Tongen was the founder and owner of Professional Hearing Center in Dickinson North Dakota from 1987 to 2012.

George Zenker, Au.D. CCC-A  Bachelor of Science in English and Psychology (1993), Central Michigan University; Doctor of Audiology (2003), Central Michigan University.  Dr. Zenker is a board certified audiologist and member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2014, Dr. Zenker will be seeing patients in our Williston Office.  The focus of his education and professional experience has been adult amplification.  

Dr. Zenker is married with three children.  In his spare time, he enjoys Bible study, exercise, music, and graphic design.





 

Nicole Myers, Hearing Instrument Specialist/Office Manager  Two Associate Degrees (1997) Minot State University-Bottineau.  Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Past Chairman North Dakota Board of Hearing Instrument Specialists.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 1999, Nicole has seen patients in the Minot office, as well as monthly Crosby and Garrison clinics. She moved into the role of office manager in 2012 and also coordinates daily patient care in the Minot office.

When not spending time with her husband and two little “cowboys”, Nicole enjoys friends, reading, traveling, scrapbooking and caring for her family dogs.

Hearing Instrument Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator 
Associate’s degree in Medical Office Assisting (2002) Minot State University-Bottineau.  Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2007, Nicole brings her talents as a registered medical assistant to coordinate daily patient care in the Minot office.  She also coordinates marketing and special events.  

Nicole has 2 young boys and enjoys outdoor activities.






 

Donna Korgel, Business Manager Business classes Minot State University.  An original member of Professional Hearing Services since it opened in 1983, Donna serves as more than a business manager also assisting in coordinating patient care.

Donna is married and has two sons and daughters-in-law, and also has four grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading.

 






 

Donna Sieg, Patient Care Coordinator  Medical Secretary Associate Degree and Business Information Certificate (1993) Minot State University.  Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2008, Donna has become the “face” of the Williston office serving as patient care coordinator and administrative assistant. 

Donna and her husband have two children.  She enjoys spending time with her family and her cat, Maui.  She loves to be outdoors, riding motorcycle.

 

 




 

Mae Hieb, Patient Care Coordinator Business and secretarial classes at Union College, Lincoln, NE. Mae has worked in office management for over 30 years. She joins Professional Hearing Services in 2014 and will be working in the Bismarck office.


Mae is married and has two sons and daughters-in-law. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening and riding motorcycle.

 






Keri Boda, Patient Care Coordinator Originally from Graham, Texas.  Moved to Williston in 2009.  Former Dental Assistant for 4 years, with certifications in Dental Radiography and Nitrous Oxide.  Keri also worked for over 3 years at the Williston Community Library as Administrative Assistant, then as Circulation Supervisor. Keri started with Professional Hearing Services January 2014.  

Keri has been married for 24 years to her high school sweetheart and has three kids.  She also collects movie memorabilia, writes, and loves to travel.
