Andrea Larson, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA  Bachelor of Science (1993) University of North Dakota; Master of Arts in Audiology (1995) University of Florida; Doctor of Audiology (2004) Arizona School of Health Sciences.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology, Affiliate of Academy of Doctors of Audiology, Affiliate of North Dakota Speech and Hearing Association and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Current Board Member of the North Dakota Board of Hearing Aid Specialists.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 1999, Dr. Larson became the new owner in 2008.  Dr. Larson sees patients in the Minot and Williston Offices, as well as monthy Rugby and Bottineau Clinics.

Dr. Larson has 3 children and stays busy with their music and sports activities.  She also enjoys reading and traveling.
 
                                 

                 

 

Ed Malazdrewicz, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA Bachelor of Arts (1984) Brandon University; Master of Science in Audiology (1986) Minot State University; Doctor of Audiology (2004) Arizona School of Health Sciences.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology; Affiliate of North Dakota Speech and Hearing Association and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Past Chairman of the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. 

“Dr. Ed” provided services at Professional Hearing Services from 1992-1999, before pioneering an ear, nose and throat/audiology practice in Wisconsin. He rejoined PHS in 2011 and currently sees patients in the Minot and Williston offices.  

                                                 Dr. Ed is a music and movie enthusiast.

 



Kelci Jackson, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA  Bachelor of Science (2011) University of Nebraska; Master of Sciences in Audiology (2014) University of Nebraska; Doctor of Audiology (2015) University of Nebraska.  Certified member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology; Affiliate of North Dakota Speech and Hearing Association and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.
 

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2015, Dr. Jackson sees patients in the Williston office.  Her interest in amplification extends beyond hearing aids to include all Bluetooth accessories and devices.

In her spare time, Dr. Jackson enjoys golfing with her husband Andrew, visiting the dog park with their dachshund Sandy, weekend getaways to new places, scrapbooking and cross-stitch sewing.


Shelly Grossman, Au.D. CCC-A, FAAA Bachelor of Science (1993) Moorhead State University; Master of Science in Audiology (1994) Minot State University; Doctor of Audiology (2006) A.T. Still Univesity Arizona.  Certified member of American Speech and Hearing Association; Fellow of American Academy of Audiology, and licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. 

Dr. Grossman worked with Professional Hearing Services in Minot from 1994-2001.  She provided audiologic services in Bismarck from 2001 until she re-joined Professional hearing services in September 2015.  She will be seeing patients in our Bismarck office.

In her spare time, Dr. Grossman enjoys traveling, music, photography and spending time wiht family- including her husband, Kory and their 3 children.





Philip Wiseman, Au.D. Bachelor of Arts (2012) University of North Dakota; Doctor of Audiology (2016) University of Wisconsin Stevens Point-Madiosn.  Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2016, Dr. Wiseman sees patients in the Minot
office, as well as monthly outreach clinics in Bottineau, Harvey, and Garrison.


Dr. Wiseman enjoys music, dogs, and being outdoors. 






 

Nicole Myers, Hearing Instrument Specialist/Office Manager  Two Associate Degrees (1997) Minot State University-Bottineau.  Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Past Chairman North Dakota Board of Hearing Instrument Specialists.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 1999, Nicole has seen patients in the Minot office, as well as monthly Crosby and Garrison clinics. She moved into the role of office manager in 2012 and also coordinates daily patient care in the Minot office.

When not spending time with her husband and two little “cowboys”, Nicole enjoys friends, reading, traveling, scrapbooking and caring for her family dogs.




 

Nicole "Cole" Kidwell,
Hearing Instrument Specialist/Patient Care Coordinator 
Associate’s degree in Medical Office Assisting (2002) Minot State University-Bottineau.  Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Joining Professional Hearing Services in 2007, Nicole brings her talents as a registered medical assistant to coordinate daily patient care in the Minot office.  She also coordinates marketing and special events.  

Nicole has 2 young boys and enjoys outdoor activities.






 

Donna Korgel, Business Manager Business classes Minot State University.  An original member of Professional Hearing Services since it opened in 1983, Donna serves as more than a business manager also assisting in coordinating patient care.

Donna is married and has two sons and daughters-in-law, and also has four grandchildren.  She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and reading.

 






 

 


 

Mae Hieb, Patient Care Coordinator Business and secretarial classes at Union College, Lincoln, NE. Mae has worked in office management for over 30 years. She joins Professional Hearing Services in 2014 and will be working in the Bismarck office.


Mae is married and has two sons and daughters-in-law. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, gardening and riding motorcycle.








Tracy Skoog, Patient Care Coordinator Accounting and Business classes at Minot State University.  Tracy worked in a financial institution for 12 years prior to joining Professional Hearing Services in 2015.

Tracy is married and has 2 boys.  In her free time she enjoys camping with her family, reading, and going to her boys' sporting events.














Heidi Wittmayer, Audiology Assistant  Associate in Applied Science in Pharmacy Technology at NCTC, East Grand Forks, MN (2007); Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT (2007); North Dakota State Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacy Tecnician, RPhT(2007).  Prior to joining PHS in 2016, Heidi worked as a pharmacy technician at Service Drug and G&G Pharmacy for 8 years. Her experience there has introduced and allowed her to develop relationships in the Williston community.  Heidi brings her acquired skills in customer care and patient assistance to aid the audiolgists in daily performance of the clinic to help provide a professional and pleasant experience.  
 
Heidi enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, Levi, and their 2 young sons.  When she is not playing games or doing "fun projects" with her boys, Heidi likes reading, sewing, fishing and relaxing with her family.
